Based on the density functional theory combined with the nonequilibrium Green’s function formalism, the magnetic transport properties of dibenzotetraaza[14]annulene (DBTAA) and transition metal (TM)-DBTAA (TM = Fe and Co) sandwiched between two ferromagnetic zigzag-edge graphene nanoribbon electrodes are investigated. The results show that giant magnetoresistance, spin-filtering and spin-polarized current rectifying effects can be realized simultaneously in the DBTAA system by modulating the external magnetic field. Introducing of TM atoms has obvious effects on these spin-related effects. The mechanisms of these intriguing phenomena are proposed and these phenomena would be instructive in the design of high-performance magnetic nanodevices.  相似文献

In this paper, the nonlinear numerical simulation of pulsed laser melting of crystalline silicon and phosphorus dopant liquid-phase diffusion has been established by the finite element method implemented in ANSYS. The melt front behavior as a function of time is described. The experimental SIMS work is intended to be used to validate the numerical model. The numerical simulation result is in good agreement with the corresponding experimental data.  相似文献

采用普通涤纶、含1%云母颗粒的涤纶(1%云母/涤纶)以及含5%云母颗粒的涤纶(5%云母/涤纶)三种材质,上机纬密采用200根/10 cm、300根/10 cm、400根/10 cm,组织采用平纹、斜纹、缎纹试织试样。通过Hot Disk热常数分析仪,采用正交试验及极差、方差分析,研究了纤维材质、上机纬密、组织对凉感纤维织物导热系数的影响。结果表明:在试验设置变量范围内,纤维材质对导热系数的影响显著,上机纬密、组织对导热系数的影响高度显著,影响因素从大到小顺序为上机纬密>组织>纤维材质。  相似文献

The purpose of this study was to examine the association of birthweight with lipid profile in the general adult population. Participants in the second-wave of a nationally representative cross sectional AusDiab-study were asked to complete a birthweight questionnaire. Fasting total cholesterol (TC), LDL-C, HDL-C, and triacylglycerol levels were modeled against birthweight. Four thousand five hundred and two people reported their birthweights, mean (SD) of 3.4(0.7) kg. Females with low birthweight-LBW had higher levels of TC, LDL-C, and triacylglycerols, but no difference in HDL-C, than those with normal-birthweight-NBW;≥2.5 kg. People with LBW showed a trend toward increased risk for high TC (≥5.5 mmol/L) compared to NBW. Among females with LBW, the risk for high LDL-C (≥3.5 mmol/L) was increased compared to those of NBW. The risk for low HDL-C (<0.9 mmol/L) was increased among males with LBW compared to those with NBW. Examination of the relationship on the continuum showed no differences except for high triacylglycerol levels among females with the lowest birthweight quintile compared to the higher birthweight quintile. However, the risk for various abnormalities by birthweight quintiles was similar to that when we used the traditional definition of LBW vs. NBW. Females and males with low birthweight differ in their risk for lipids abnormalities. Females had higher risk for high LDL-C, whereas males had high risk for low HDL-C (<0.9 mmol/L). In addition, females with low birthweight had the highest triacylglycerol levels. High LDL-C, low HDL-C, and high triacylglycerols are well-recognized risk factors for cardiovascular disease.  相似文献

The effects of activated carbon (AC) as an additive in multi-oxide nano composite LiNiCuZn–O for application as anode in solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC) is reported. The composite was synthesized using solid state reactions method with varying content of AC in range 0.1%–0.9% for use as anode in the cell. The cell was composed of the synthesized composite as anode, LiNiCuZn–O as cathode and Samaria doped ceria (SDC) as electrolyte. The prepared composites were characterized for morphology and crystal structure by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and x-ray diffraction (XRD) respectively. Furthermore, the crystallite sizes of LiNiCuZn–O and LiNiCuZn–O with AC as an additive have been found in the range from 50 nm to 70 nm. The prepared composite materials were observed porous and the porosity of the sample having 0.5% additive was found highest. The conductivity and power density of the SOFC were studied at temperature of 600 °C. The maximum value of conductivity was found as 4.79 S/cm for the composite containing 0.5% AC as measured by using 4-probe method. The maximum value of power density of the fuel cell with anode comprising of 0.5% AC along with the mentioned cathode and the electrolyte was 455 mW/cm2. Therefore, out of the compositions studied, the composite comprising of LiNiCuZn–O with 0.5% AC offered best performance for anode in the cell. This oxide composite is reported as a potential candidate for use as anode in low temperature SOFCs.  相似文献

Developing efficient electrocatalysts for alkaline water electrolysis is central to substantial progress of alkaline hydrogen production. Herein, a Ni5P4 electrocatalyst incorporating single-atom Ru (Ni5P4-Ru) is synthesized through the filling of Ru3+ species into the metal vacancies of nickel hydroxides and subsequent phosphorization treatment. Electron paramagnetic resonance spectroscopy, X-ray-based measurements, and electron microscopy observations confirm the strong interaction between the nickel-vacancy defect and Ru cation, resulting in more than 3.83 wt% single-atom Ru incorporation in the obtained Ni5P4-Ru. The Ni5P4-Ru as an alkaline hydrogen evolution reaction catalyst achieves low onset potential of 17 mV and an overpotential of 54 mV at a current density of 10 mA cm-2 together with a small Tafel slope of 52.0 mV decade-1 and long-term stability. Further spectroscopy analyses combined with density functional theory calculations reveal that the doped Ru sites can cause localized structure polarization, which brings the low energy barrier for water dissociation on Ru site and the optimized hydrogen adsorption free energy on the interstitial site, well rationalizing the experimental reactivity.  相似文献

In this work, 0.2 wt.% Mn-doped (1-x)AgNbO3-xBi0.5Na0.5TiO3 (x = 0.00–0.04) ceramics were synthesized via solid state reaction method in flowing oxygen. The evolution of microstructure, phase transition and energy storage properties were investigated to evaluate the potential as high energy storage capacitors. Relaxor ferroelectric Bi0.5Na0.5TiO3 was introduced to stabilize the antiferroelectric state through modulating the M1-M2 phase transition. Enhanced energy storage performance was achieved for the 3 mol% Bi0.5Na0.5TiO3 doped AgNbO3 ceramic with high recoverable energy density of 3.4 J/cm3 and energy efficiency of 62% under an applied field of 220 kV/cm. The improved energy storage performance can be attributed to the stabilized antiferroelectricity and decreased electrical hysteresis ΔE. In addition, the ceramics also displayed excellent thermal stability with low energy density variation (<6%) over a wide temperature range of 20−80 °C. These results indicate that Mn-doped (1-x)AgNbO3-xBi0.5Na0.5TiO3 ceramics are highly efficient lead-free antiferroelectric materials for potential application in high energy storage capacitors.  相似文献

The problem of controlling three-phase shunt active power filters (SAPF) is addressed in presence of nonlinear loads. Previous works generally design control for SAPF based on standard models that assume the involved magnetic coil to be linear. In reality, the magnetic characteristics of these components are nonlinear (especially in the presence of large magnetic flux density in the ferromagnetic core). In this paper, a new oriented control model for SAPF-load system, taking into account for the nonlinearity of coil characteristics, is developed. The control objective is twofold: (i) compensating for the current harmonics and the reactive power absorbed by the nonlinear load; (ii) regulating the inverter DC capacitor voltage. To this end, based on the new model, a nonlinear controller is developed, using the backstepping technical design. It is therefore able to ensure good performances over a wide range of variation of the load current. Moreover, the controller is made adaptive for compensating the uncertainty on the switching loss power. The performances of the proposed adaptive controller are formally analyzed using tools from the Lyapunov stability and the averaging theory. The supremacy of the proposed controller with respect to standard control solutions is illustrated through simulation.  相似文献

In this investigation, the nature of the electrostatic discharge (ESD) that occurs when a charged object moves toward a stationary grounded object is experimentally clarified. The spark lengths, discharge currents, and induced voltages in a magnetic probe were measured when a charged metallic spherical electrode connected to a 422 pF capacitor approached a stationary grounded object, which was the current target, for different moving speeds of the charged metallic spherical electrode in a range of 1 mm/s to 100 mm/s. The charge voltages of the capacitor were +6.5 kV and +10 kV. Based on the results, the average gap length shortened with the speed of the spherical electrode. The average peak values of the discharge current and the induced voltage were likely to increase with the speed of the spherical electrode. The average rise times of the discharge current and the induced voltage were likely to drop with the speed of the spherical electrode. The relation between the spark length and the discharge current due to the ESD can be explained qualitatively by using an equation derived from the spark resistance formula proposed by Rompe and Weizel.  相似文献

Power transformers are protected by different relays that operate independently. Malfunction of each relay has a major role in reducing the reliability of the protection system. In order to mitigate the main drawbacks of the power transformer relays, an overall protection scheme is presented in this paper. This scheme proposes a novel multi criterion algorithm using decision-making based on fuzzy logic. In this paper the outputs of restricted earth fault relay and a directional check unit, are combined with the output of the differential protection relay. Therefore, problems that are pertaining to independent operation of each relay have been mitigated and the relays cover protection blind spots of each other. The improved power transformer protection (IPTP) scheme enhances the sensitivity and reliability of the power transformer protection. Extensive simulations are used to measure the effectiveness and merit of the proposed IPTP relay. The above efforts result in a multi criteria approach for protection of power transformers.  相似文献
